  25. This draft is a revision of the document based on some comments the authors
  26. received during the working group last call on it.

  28. There weren't many comments in that process, so I propose that, barring
  29. any further large comments by early next week, we will recomment to the
  30. area director that this be put forward as an informational rfc.
